Dr. Isaac Osahon Amadasun

— Executive Program Coordinator

Dr. Isaac Osahon Amadasun is a human resources professional, educator, and consultant with a heart for ministry. His calling is to stand with struggling pastors, retired ministers, itinerant evangelists, and missionaries, so they can serve with dignity and stability. He grew up beside his father, Rev. Dr. Omoregie Amadasun, often serving as his unofficial personal assistant, learning firsthand the needs of ministry families and the power of faithful service. He also attended the inaugural meeting of the Nigerian Baptist Pastors’ Children Fellowship at the Benin City Convention in 1996, an experience that shaped his lifelong commitment to pastors’ children and their welfare.

Isaac’s academic training blends people, learning, and leadership. He holds a Master’s in Education (Instructional Design & Technology) from the University of Cincinnati; a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Wolverhampton; a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University, where his dissertation examined the drivers of employee turnover among child protective investigators; and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Ambrose Alli University. His professional experience cuts across several sectors rather than one organization. He has worked in child welfare within a law-enforcement setting, in HUD-funded nonprofit services focused on housing and homelessness systems, in higher-education teaching and curriculum design, and in broader community and missions work. In each space he has helped people grow, improved processes, and built teams with clear goals and practical tools. He serves as a human resource management practitioner, a consultant to programs that serve vulnerable people, and an adjunct instructor who brings real-world cases into the classroom. Currently, he works as a Classification Human Resource Specialist in a U.S. federal agency. In this role, he evaluates jobs across the agency to determine the appropriate classification (grade level or salary band) based on duties, skills, and responsibilities. He ensures that each job is described accurately, graded fairly, and aligned with federal rules and standards, so employees are paid appropriately and can advance fairly based on their work.

Isaac and his family worship and serves at Idlewild Baptist Church. He cares deeply about missions and loves to support missionaries in practical ways. His goal is simple: help as many ministry families as possible, through scholarships for pastors’ children, monthly support for low-income and retired ministers, and targeted help for evangelists and mission workers, so they can focus on the work God has called them to do.

At the Rev. Dr. Omo Amadasun Foundation, Isaac leads program design, application and selection systems, and partnership development. He builds clear, fair processes for identifying need, mobilizes local leaders for transparent selection, and tracks outcomes to ensure the Foundation serves well and sustainably. Above all, he seeks to continue his father’s legacy, thinking with compassion and reaching out with steady hands.

Through his servant leadership, Revd. Dr. Aibinuomo ensures that the Foundation continues the enduring legacy of Rev. Dr. Omo Amadasun—uplifting pastors, empowering their families, and expanding the reach of the gospel through faithful stewardship, education, and compassionate action.
