Rev. Dr. Vincent Enyioke

— Executive Field Administrator

Rev Dr. Vincent Enyioke is a seasoned pastor, mentor, and outreach leader whose ministry blends spiritual depth with practical service. He serves as the Executive Field Administrator of the Rev. Dr. Omo Amadasun Foundation, where he oversees field operations, supervises local program implementation, and ensures that every initiative reaches those most in need. His leadership ensures that the Foundation’s scholarship, welfare, and outreach programs are carried out with transparency, compassion, and measurable impact. God led Rev. Dr. Enyioke to pioneer the Nigerian Baptist Convention Pastors’ Children Fellowship during the Benin Convention in 1996 — an initiative born out of his desire to strengthen the faith, education, and social development of pastors’ children. Since then, his lifelong passion for encouraging, mentoring, and supporting ministers’ families has remained a central theme of his ministry. An educator and scholar at heart, Rev. Dr. Enyioke studied at the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso, and later earned his Ph.D. at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in the United States. His Master of Divinity research explored how church leaders can effectively mentor and support pastors’ children, helping them overcome the unique pressures of ministry life while developing spiritually, academically, and emotionally. His findings emphasize leadership strategies and pastoral care models that build strong families and resilient ministries.

Currently, he serves as Pastor of Transform City Church, a Southern Baptist Convention church plant in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition to his pastoral duties, he also works as an Outreach Associate with Tate Springs Baptist Church, 4001 Little Road Arlington TX 76001. His ministry experience bridges continents, cultures, and communities, making him a vital link between local churches, missionaries, and ministry partners. Known as a fearless preacher, mentor, and encourager, Rev. Dr. Enyioke helps people apply Christian faith to real-life challenges. He builds confidence, mentors church leaders, and provides guidance to individuals across social, economic, and spiritual boundaries—from vulnerable families to government and business leaders. His ability to connect faith with practical solutions makes him a trusted voice in ministry and leadership circles. At the Rev. Dr. Omo Amadasun Foundation, his pastoral care, outreach experience, academic insight, and administrative skills are instrumental in advancing the mission of education, welfare, and evangelism with excellence and integrity.
